Delivery time for European countries does not take longer than 5 business days. However, we aim to deliver your order within 3-4 business days.
Delivery time for Switzerland takes 10 business days. This is due to custom verifications when sending our products from Italy.
For any other countries, check if we deliver to your country (see section above). Please note that there can be delays for custom duties purposes when leaving our warehouse in Italy, which is not under our control. This means that delivery time can more than 10 business days before reaching its destination.
Shipping is free for all countries in the section above. For other countries, the shipping cost will be mentioned in the checkout page (if applicable).
We offer a see-before-you-keep policy. If you decide to return the unworn item within 15 days of delivery, please contact email@example.com to receive a free return label. Your funds will be released after we receive the product back. Please send us a picture of the unworn watch that you will return. Upon receipt of the label, please follow the attached directions to return your purchase for a refund. Express shipping is not refundable. We will charge a non-refundable fee of 50EUR (or equivalent in your currency) to help us cover the return shipping cost and admin fees.
Please note that local customs tariffs will apply outside of the EU and will be non-refundable. If you chose not to pay for the customs duties/taxes, we can not issue you a refund (applicable to non-EU countries).
