ORDER AND DELIVERY
We are currently shipping to the following countries:
Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.
Shipping is FREE for all countries mentioned here! The price paid at the checkout is including VAT and Customs Duties. We pay import and customs taxes for you if it is applicable (i.e. Switzerland).
Delivery time for European countries does not take longer than 5 business days. However, we aim to deliver your order within 3-4 business days.
Delivery time for Switzerland takes 10 business days. This is due to custom verifications when sending our products from Italy.
For any other countries, check if we deliver to your country (see section above). Please note that there can be delays for custom duties purposes when leaving our warehouse in Italy, which is not under our control. This means that delivery time can more than 10 business days before reaching its destination.
Shipping is free for all countries in the section above. For other countries, the shipping cost will be mentioned in the checkout page (if applicable).
Your watch is covered by our twenty-four month international warranty against any defects in manufacturing; this includes the watch movement, indexes, dial, and hands.
In other words, if the watch parts or mechanics don’t work properly, and it’s our fault, we will repair or replace your product for free.
However, this does not cover any abuse or physical damage inflicted on the watch. The warranty does not cover water damage, normal wear and tear, batteries, accidental glass damage, scratches, strap damage, or theft. Please note that leather straps are not waterproof.
If the product is returned during the warranty period, Baldinini Watches will repair or replace any defective watch or watch-part, at no additional expense, within a reasonable time, after the product is returned. However, the customer will be responsible for the costs of shipping the product. You may repair the product with a professional watchmaker or watch shop, however, we will not be responsible for the costs incurred to repair to good and warranty will not cover the replaced parts of the watch.
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests, so please keep your receipt with the purchase e-mail.
Once the order is placed and shipment handed over to our preferred shipping provider, you will be notified if any special requirement is needed before the shipping. You can specifically ask us if you want to receive the live tracking number for your order.
We offer a see-before-you-keep policy. If you decide to return the unworn item within 30 days of delivery, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a free return label. Your funds will be released after we receive the product back. Please send us a picture of the unworn watch that you will return. Upon receipt of the label, please follow the attached directions to return your purchase for a refund. Express shipping is not refundable.
Please note that local customs tariffs will apply outside of the EU and will be non-refundable. If you chose not to pay for the customs duties/taxes, we can not issue you a refund (applicable to non-EU countries).
All Baldinini Watches are Swiss Made, this means that the watch is produced and assembled in Switzerland ensuring the highest quality. Hence, it is produced with the true traditional savoir-faire of Swiss watchmakers.
A Baldinini Watch is water resistant up to 50 meters, which means it will be protected against splashes of water (like rain or any small amount of water due to hand washing for instance).
However, it should not be worn when taking a shower or swimming, as it would also damage the strap if it is made of leather.
As long as your watch is covered by the international warranty of 2 years, it will be repaired free of charge, in the case of material or craftsmanship defects (customs tariffs may apply outside of the EU and will be non-refundable). Please contact the Customer Service (email@example.com) and explain the issue, indicating your full name and order number. Our team will evaluate your request and contact you with all necessary information.
Alternatively, you may repair the product with a professional watchmaker or watch shop, however, we will not be responsible for the costs incurred to repair to good and warranty will not cover the replaced parts of the watch.
