The new collection of Italian luxury watches by Baldinini has landed this year at MICAM in Milano, the leading international exhibition of footwear. It was a unique opportunity for this prestigious Italian brand to present to the world their new Swiss Made watches specially designed for the new season. An appointment, unique in its kind graciously merging business and fashion.

The new Baldinini Watches collection was presented at the MICAM in Milano that took place from September 16th to 19th 2018. An eclectic audience was captivated by this showcase: professionals in the sector, general public, and end-customers, as well as press. The Italian shoemaking brand was among the few to present at the MICAM luxury Italian luxury watches with the Swiss Made label.

The activity Baldinini, in fact, started in 1910 with the creation of handmade and uniquely tailored shoes. A craftsmanship that, over time, has never ceased to be linked with internationality and the search for innovation. All this means that the Baldinini creations are recognized and appreciated in the entire world, as they are. And this is the case with the Swiss Made watches presented at the fair this year.

The Italian luxury watches by Baldinini designed for next season are divided into three lines, two of which dedicated to women and one to men. In all three of them, it is possible to trace the cornerstones of the brand: elegance, quality, and know-how. There are two different families in the Women’s collection:
• Adria – dedicated to women who want an elegant watch to combine with everything they wear, from informal to elegant styles. Embellished with Swarovski crystals, finely set on the bezel and dial, there are six different references to be chosen from with trendy colors.
• Gibi – dedicated to the minimalist and modern woman, who wants a luxury watch suitable for her everyday life. The dial and the ring have a mirrored effect, while the straps are particularly linear in their shape and texture.

The Gent’s family:
• Gent Adria – dedicated to a man with a sporty spirit but who wants to keep carrying an elegant appeal. There is a Swiss Ronda 1015 movement which includes 8 rubies to make the watch unique. You can choose between raw stainless steel cases and black or pink gold plated.

International means large numbers

Now in its 86th edition, the MICAM represents an international event held biannually. It is repeated, in fact, in February and September every year. Over an exhibition area of over 63,000 square meters, more than 1,400 exhibitors come from 30 different countries. The average attendance for the show is around 90,000 people each year. The areas that are represented at the MICAM can be split if five distinctive fields: Luxury, Contemporary, Active, Cosmopolitan, and Kids. Among the exhibitors, luxury brands such as Armani, Dolce & Gabbana and Zegna have stood out. In the past, Fendi, Ferragamo, Gucci, and Prada also presented a few of their footwear collections.
